Match Payments to Invoices

1Go to the transactions pageGo to the transactions page. This is where your imported bank transactions are listed▾▶ 0:07

2Open the reconciliation viewOpen the reconciliation view. The system will suggest invoice matches for each credit▾▶ 0:15

3Review the suggested matchesReview the suggested matches. Each transaction shows a confidence percentage for the best match▾▶ 0:22

Withholding Tax. Some transactions include withholding tax deductions. The system detects these automatically and adjusts the match amount.

4Notice the withholding indicatorNotice the withholding indicator. This badge shows the withholding tax rate applied to the payment▾▶ 0:40

5Confirm the reconciliationConfirm the reconciliation. This creates a payment record and links it to the invoice▾▶ 0:46

Rule Creation. You can create rules to automatically match future transactions from the same source

6Skip rule creation for nowSkip rule creation for now. You can always create rules later from the settings▾▶ 0:59

7Transaction removed from listTransaction removed from list. Reconciled transactions disappear, leaving only unmatched ones▾▶ 1:05
